Digital Building Components recently completed a unique project for a biopharmaceutical facility in Carlsbad, Ca.

“With the complexity of coordinating our load bearing walls and ceilings with inordinate amounts of mechanical, electrical and plumbing penetrations that come with building a clean room facility, I am extraordinarily proud of the Digital Building Team,” said Project Manager Melissa Pawlowski. “From our estimators, to our engineers and modelers, to the teams that fabricated and installed our panels in an efficient and safe manner.”

For the first time, the Digital Building team was posed with the challenge of designing and install load bearing and non-load bearing panels under a mezzanine inside a pre-existing building. Despite the challenges, we were able to successfully complete the project ahead of schedule with zero safety incidences.
