The expansion project at Canyon Ridge Hospital included DBC’s fully-finished X-Series (EIFS) panels and N-Series interior panels. The oversized panels measured up to 14-ft. wide and 19-ft. high.
Installation was accomplished at a quick pace, averaging two truckloads per day and saving 830 days on the construction timeline. In addition, all panels successfully passed inspection by California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) – now referred to as HCAI (Health Care Access and Information).
The total project scope expanded Canyon Ridge Hospital’s behavioral health inpatient services by 51 beds, as well as additional rooms for support services, consultations, seclusion, therapy, nurse stations, offices and staff areas. In 2022, Canyon Ridge Hospital earned the Quality Award as a UHS Acute Behavioral Health facility due to excellence in quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
