Digital Building Components prefabricated 70,000 square feet of our exterior sheathed panels. Our design team used 35-foot panels to maximize installation efficiency, reducing the overall construction schedule. In addition, our team stacked the panels at full height to minimize loading on the building slab edges.
Due to the high seismic design requirements, DBC highly considered the build-ing’s movement for our panel design, including the field-applied terracotta finish and adjacent curtain wall. Additionally, the team conducted level and elevation inspections to maintain quality for all aspects of the installation.
